Club Vacancies

Chairman

The club would welcome applications for position of Chairman.

We are looking to appoint someone with time and passion to commit to the club.

Facilities Manager

We are looking for an experienced officer to assist in a project management style role to ensure our facilities are well maintained.

Club Officers

We are always looking for volunteers to help make improvements across the club, from a 3G pitch to a new kitchen, from equipment refresh at venues to club quiz night, the more help we get, the more we can do.

Mental Health Advocate

We'd like someone with an interest in positive mental health to be a representative for the club, helping our members and connecting with local partners and services.

(Training provided)

Referees

We don't have football without a referee so we are always looking to train and work with referees

(paid role).

Tour / Tournament adminstrator

Between April and June teams are able to attend tournaments or go on tour, hugely enjoyable and valuable experinces. Why not help us as an admin to organise?

100 Club admin

We are looking to run a '100 club' to raise funds. This needs someone to give around 1 hour a week to manage.

Sponsorship manager

We are always on the look out for sponsors, be that individuals, local businesses or funding and grant opportunities. An organised and resourceful attitude required.

Match day help

Every match day at Otford we like to have volunteers to run the kitchen, set up the pitch or clear up afterwards, marshall parking and providing general assistance to visitors.

Squad Girls Coaches

Squad Girls is an initiative to get girls into football with fun introductory sessions. No teams, just fun, inclusive training sessions.

Comets provides a safe space for disabled children to play football, belong and just be themselves, allowing them to use their imagination to take them to a world where the possibilities are endless!

Inclusivity Manager

We need someone to organise any new coaches relating to diversity or disability training and managing sessions safely.

As with any football club, we are heavily dependent on volunteers to run day-to-day and match-day operations for each team, but also with general running and progression of the club. If you (or anyone you know) have an interest in helping and a little time, there are roles and tasks to fit!

If you would like to get involved we would be delighted to hear from you. Please email us at info@otfordunitedfc.com, or send us a message via the Contact Us page for more information

The committee meet first Monday of the month, 7pm.
